My educational philosophy centers on supportive leadership, high standards, and equitable opportunities for all students. I firmly believe that when we combine strong relationships with clear expectations, students rise to the occasion. Every decision we make as a school is grounded in what is best for our students’ growth and long-term success. Whether in the classroom, on the athletic field, or through career and technical pathways, we are committed to preparing our students to compete and excel.

Guided by the Golden Rule, I strive to lead with empathy, integrity, and purpose. I believe that respect, accountability, and compassion form the foundation of a positive school culture. When students feel valued and heard, they are empowered to take ownership of their learning and their future.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I value quality time with my wife, daughters, and father. My family keeps me grounded. I also enjoy collecting sneakers, reading, and following professional boxing. These interests reflect my appreciation for culture, discipline, resilience, and lifelong learning.
